I have never had a boyfriend before, but i have been exculsively dating this guy for 2 1/2 months, but he hasnt asked me to be his girlfriend. His birthday is right around the corner, and I have no idea what to get him. He doesnt like CD's or music, but i want to give him something better than just money. (or is that an appropiate gift?! and if so, how much?) I dont want the gift to be too big, because we are not boyfriend and girlfriend, but I do want to get him something.....I mean, we have been dating for almost 3 months. Does anyone have any good ideas?
PS..im only a junior in highschool, so i dont really have the biggest budget, so not something too expensive....

First of all... you need to figure out if he is your boyfriend or not.
I've had too much experience in that department in high school as well.
You can't assume things... especially at a young age.
You'll just end up getting hurt.
I always thought the guys I talked to were going to end up asking me out... but never did. They just ended up leading me on.

And I don't think rounding up how long you've been dating will make things any better.
I'm just putting in some reality in this situation...

I think you need to figure that out before you think about something you'd do for a boyfriend.

I don't think you should give him money, that's kind of a grandparents thing to do. Maybe since you aren't sure if you are technically his girlfriend or not, you could give him a gift certificate to the movies or to a nice dinner? (assumming that you would go together!) That would help avoid any weirdness if you give him a more personal gift and he thinks that you two are not that close yet.

What kind of things does he like? And go off of that. I mean, does he drive? Get him a $20.00 gas card from Kwik Trip. Or does he go to movies? Get a gift certificate to a movie theater or to a hunting store. How about just taking him out to a nice dinner somewhere. Nah...to cheesy. Or just take the money that you were going to spend on him, and get your nails done! YEA! That sounds like more fun!!

If you are not officially dating, then I think it would be appropriate to give him a sweet card. You don't want to go overboard with a gift he might find offensive or make him think that you are being forward. I personally think that a card would suffice. Until you start dating for real do not worry about a gift for him. Hopefully he's not expecting anything much.

"Lord of the Manor" or "Lady of the Manor" titles may be purchased for children under the age of 18 years, with their parents consent. What a wonderful present for your grandchildren to remember you by! In this day and age, everyone needs a special boost. We have letters and testimonies that confirm how these titles have been a great blessing and changed some of our our clients lives.

You will never know the power of a special title, until you have one. Buy one today and join in all the fun, and you could start experiencing some of the benefits.

Don't give money, that's tacky. Offer to take him to dinner or the movies and pizza. Maybe concert tickets?

Well if he has a movie he likes you could get him the DVD. You could also get a picture of you two and put it in a nice frame. That would be nice.
