Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

If you are average height, then 76 kg is within normal range, and in that case you need to GET IN SHAPE. address the problem areas only, through specific workout session. And trust me you need just 5-10 minutes daily. If you are short then, you might need to add some diet control. Again find a specific problem and address it, like avoid late dinners and over eating. Fruits are great, and so is water, the effects on your skin and ageing would be added advantage. If you can be more specific I can tell you exactly what you need to do.

I gave this out earlier in a running question. I will attach a link to a running program called couch-to- 5K. It is very effective and will start with walking and move on to running when you are ready. As for the diet, try Weight Watcher, my wife recently lost 22 pounds and that was in February. you always hear on radio and see on that the best way is to stop eating sweet things etccc...i think that many people dont follw these guidelines,another way is the slim sauna available and other products which u must have used with no results,i think the best way is not to stop eating sweet things,drink soft drinks,you must REDUCE these things and most preferably STOP eating potatoes,as they are the main source folowed by chocolates

buddy, by comparing ur age and weight really its not in proper ratio.so what i think is that try to eat less fat contained food whatever u eat,during dinner take it lighty as possible, drink water more and in morning atleast run 5 to 6 km daily.do hope my given formula may proved positive 4 u.

the best way I can explain to you to lose weight is like I do.Its far too easy to say eat less but it works I tried cheap TV dinners for a while with good results.Using less makes perfect sence.We all seem to be used to eating larger then normal portions.Then we truely need. find a way to create a habbit out of eating less.It worked for me and suppliment diet with melons and a variety and vegtables and fruit.NO SUGAR!!!

it is good for ur metabolism to have food every 3-4 hours, but healthy food. you can eat 4-5 times a say small portions of fruit, yogurt, salads and one "regular" food. also drink lots of water and you'll see the results. (i lost lots of weight like this after i had my baby, i really works)
