i found out about a year ago. i have a small hianal hernia, and that it wasn't serios enough for surgey if i didnt want it. lately i've had alot of problems, i always feel like i have to go to the bathroom, and i feel like im going to throw up after i eat. and always feel full. could this be the hernia, or the fact that i've really been stressed out lately??

it could be IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)
go see a doc asap

It could be something unrelated. Have you been checked for H-Pylori? It's the bacteia that causes ulcers and it is detected by a blood test. I'd maybe try some over the counter pepcid or what ever they sell that used to be by prescription only. If it doesn't get better I'd get to the Dr. and ask about it. It's very common. I have diagnosed it in several people that I know, even my husband. Be prepared. you have to buy a kit and it's not cheap. It has the anti acid med, an antibiotic and something else I think. but, it is serious. If left untreated it can really be bad. i'd want it ruled out. good luck. I hope I'm wrong.

he hernia deals with your esophagus the tube that your food,and drinks go down a hianal hernia will cause you to have really bad heart burn.so it might be stress or the type of foo your eating
