No. Skin cells are not capable of processing anything calorically. Nutrients such as vitamins can be absorbed, or else there wouldn't be a lotion or cream on the market that did any good. It is not possible to gain weight with anything that is not ingested normally, as in through the stomach and digestive system.

No you wont, you wouldnt add on weight from that it absorbs through the skin and the skin is not a very good absorber its absorbency is very small.And also u cream ur skin iit absorbs in the skin not the fat cells where fat actually develops
