Steps to follow about using cabbage soup diet

depends on the soup..but most likely not
jus eat more veggies and proteins and less carbohydrates if u wanna lose weight. DOnt forget to exercise and drink ur water!!!!!!!!

It can because it is a high density, low calorie food (lots of fiber and other nutrients) just like fruits and vegetables are. It also takes a while to eat so it prevents you from eating a large amount of calories quickly.

most soup is low in fat. like veg soup tom, soup but some, with the creamy stuff in them are fattening
