You put your mouse over the link and click with your right button, Then you choose SAVE TARGET AS to save the file on your computer. You can then put it on your flash drive or whatever and take it with you to another computer that has the Excel program.

I wouldn't trust a copy of Excel that was sitting around on the net. Could be buggy. What spreadsheet software do you have on your computer? Quattro does a good job of importing Excel and I would expect the same from Lotus as long as both are current enough to recognize the version of Excel the download was created in.
