Sometimes I can feel my body needs something like meat (protein) or vegetables.

But right now I don't know what my body needs, I do know it needs something because I haven't eaten in awhile...

So what should I do? I welcome any and all suggestions.

btw my hands are shaking

Eat what you really feel eating. Do you have cravings at certain times? Favorite foods? Does your family make special meals that you like. Do you cook, or are you learning to cook? Drink at least a glass of water a half hour before a meal, so that your digestive system can digest what you eat, and then more water a couple hours after as well. Eat food that doesn't come in a package or has a label, ie. you know what it is by looking at it - eg. meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, fruits, vegetables, nuts, oatmeal, rice. Stay away from most packaged foods - why? read the labels, you will find they have a lot of chemicals and sugar in them that your body really doesn't know what to do with (forget soda pop, especially the diet stuff -it's all sugar and chemicals - nothing your body can use and very addictive). Make sure you eat regular meals like breakfast, lunch, dinner if possible. If not then carry out snacks with you in a little container or baggie. Don't wait til you are confused, dehydrated, and starving. Always carry around a bottle of water - in class, at work, in the car or on the bus or bicycle etc so that you always have pure clean water to drink to keep your brain and body sharp and mind clear. When your body is well hydrated then your immune system works wonderfuly and you will feel a lot better, calmer. Take a pinch of sea salt with the water to be sure you are getting minerals in your diet. Fruit, nuts, cheese and some veggies etc make a good snack.. Basically, water is first necessity for your brain and body and eating real food is the second. Take care of your yourself, sweetie :)

The Soul/Spirit or Consciousness is living within the Mind to not be pressured with the Brain that's Physical The Mind works via the Brain even as we inhabit a Physical Body... The Brian and Body demands the Mind to exist while the Mind does no longer want the Brain or Body to exist. When we die all we do is shed the Physical Body and go back Home.

sugar, oj, any type of high glucose, not complex carbs. you are having a hypoglycemic reaction. you are also in need of a psych consult if you are not eating for the hell of it. trust me there is nothing pro about being ana.
