I had been having pain on my right side so I went to the doctor, he did a chest xray and said it showed a abnormality. The xray tech has to review this and get back to my doctor. I am still waiting, the results are not back yet any ideas? I have had a broken rib 13 years ago, I dont know if that means anything.

That could very well be the abnormality. Did you tell the doctor you had a fractured rib before? If you didn't, he might be seeing that and thinking it's a new onset sort of thing. You can usually tell what healed bone looks like on an x-ray, though.
The "abnormality" may be significant, or it may not be. Unfortunately, the only way to find out is to wait for the results.
Hope this helps!

It could be very rough to discover comfort from this. I had this in all my pregnancies mainly across the identical time. Already having it on this one. The something that is helping is a recliner. Sleeping in it and even simply sitting again in it is helping to ease the ache somewhat. Also I take hot baths and therapeutic massage the field. Helps for a brief period of time simplest. You might even be having a few muscle ache in that field. I generally getting a burning feeling below my left rib cage, and I feel it is muscle tissues. Congratulations in your being pregnant and satisfactory wants! You are greater than midway there = )
