If one is feeling tired but just needs a last boost of energy to finish a task, what would you recommend to put off the lethargy? Suggestions beyond "have a few energy drinks" are highly desirable. Thanks!

doing a quick workout and stretching routine. Do 100 jumping jacks in a row without stopping.. walk for 5 minutes, or do a bunch of lunges. Then spend 5 minutes stretching. Force yourself through the exercise and by the time you get to stretching you will feel more awake and within your body. Doing this reminds you of your body and puts you back in its place in a way. While you stretch really feel your muscles and mentally think of where they are in your head. by the time you get up to start walking for your task you will feel alot more into it

You need to regularly exersize each day to prevent tiredness,Sounds strange but its true.If you dont drive your car for awhile it tends to be sluggish when you need it.If you dont put good gas in your car,it will also not drive well. The body is like a machine or a car.If you dont treat it the way it was meant to be treated ,it will eventually conk out.Eat healthy and work it

try taking vitiamens every day, when you feel tired go out and get some fresh air that helps, I think florecent lights bring you down so natural light helps open blinds to windows if you are lucky to have any.
