So there's this girl I have in a class that I'm acquainted with. I can sometimes catch her looking towards me out of the corner of my eye, and we usually talk about halfway to our next classes after that.

I've talked to her a bit online and her cousin is a pretty good friend of mine. Now, I don't want to talk to her cousin about how to approach her in fear of his reaction.

She's really shy and there's a little gap between our ages and I don't know how to confront her with my feelings or that I'd like to have a shot at getting to know her a bit better.

Another problem is that I have no car and don't know where to take her if we do go on a date. We live in a pretty urban enviornment with nothing really in walking distance of most of the houses/appartments.

Also, if I happen to have my father/her father drive us should I sit beside her in the back seat (sedan) or would that be awkward for her? Only other circumstance would be with her father driving and myself forcefully in back

A better question is do you know how to drive? Actually thats not important. Instead of stressing about meeting her off campus why dont you meet her on campus ( a place where both of you feel comfortable at) for a date. You could meet for lunch and talk. At some point you could then tell her your feelings and take it from there. As far as driving goes, get a license and see if you can borrow your parents or your friends car. Also you can save your money you get from work/parents and buy your own car. Good luck man!

I stay in a huge city, so there is incredibly no desire for a automobile. With the supply of public transit right here, a automobile could probably be a waste of money at my age. distinctive people who stay right here get their licenses later in existence. i don't think of i've got ever dated, in extreme college or college, all people with a license, and it in no way phased me. It quite only looked regularly occurring.

a) the ride comes secondary. Don't worry about that too much yet. find out if shes interested first- if she is she'll start trying to figure this stuff out too.

b) make sure your confident & be outgoing around her. shy girls usually like that

c) meet up with her at places or hang out at eachothers houses

good luck!

start hanging out with her more. invite her to stuff when you and your cousin are going. when you do ask her out. talk it over with your dad. tell him you are gonna sit in the back. and you should sit in the back. it can get lonely back there :[
dont make any moves in the back seat though. that would be weird. jsut talk and socialize until you get to where your gonna go. dont sit too close to her. unless you know her likes the closeness. ease into it.....
its cool. talk to her. and invite her to stuff. she will prolly understand that you want her to be involved with what you do. she gradually get that you like her.

have your dad drive you around, and have somebody or something just happen to be in the front passenger seat. ;-)
