He started at an early age?!?!?!?!? lol maybe he adopted him. Say the grandfather was 22 and he adopted a 16 year old son? Or his wife had him from a previous marrage and is older than the grandfather

easy if the boys natural grandmother married someone that was only six yrs older than him although this would not make him the boys real grandfather rather step grand father so to speak
