Those teeth had to be in bad condition to begin
with. Teeth do not just break off or fall out after
a cleaning. The dentist should have noticed the
disease state your mouth was in when they
cleaned it. You will find a lawyer who will charge
you and you will lose, so there is more money
down the drain. Brush your teeth at least twice a
day and floss them everyday and you should have
no problems. You had to have problems before
this if you did not want them cleaned. There is
more to this story than you are telling us.

Watch late night tv. Surely, the West Coast has the same commercials with the ambulance chasing lawyers with names ending in "wicz" who will consult with you for free regarding an injury suit! If that doesn't work, you should be able to find an attorney via the California Bar Association's website. Good luck!

My prediction is you won't be able to. The case is weak. that is doubtful that an unmarried guy can sue for lack of consortium, that would want to favor study. Your inconvenience is hardly ever sufficient to declare damage. that is even a lot less likely to get anybody to do it on contingency. they're going to favor a equipment of money up the front.

I can assure you, the hygienist cleaning your teeth did not cause them to break and it will be hard to prove that. If there was a lot of calculus or tartar build up on your teeth, they may have been loose or broken and the tartar was "holding" them together. Good luck!

its really not your dentist fault....Most likley you had severe bone loss and the only thing that was hold your teeth together was all the plaque and calculus (the broken teeth might have just been severe build up that looked like a part of your teeth...i have seen it many times with my patients)..Althought she should have told you of the condition your teeth were in when she looked at you xrays.

UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR FIRST DENTIST CAREFULLY DOCUMENTED THE CONDITION OF YOUR TEETH BEFORE HE HAD THEM CLEANED. HE MOST LIKELY NEEDED TO CLEAN THEM TO EVEN SEE WHAT NEEDED REPAIR!
GOOD LUCK FINDING A LAWYER THAT WILL TAKE THIS CASE AFTER A REVIEW OF THE FACTS.

This is a question for a local lawyer AFTER they have reviewed all the facts!
Call a local lawyer. Most will answer one question without charge.
