where does the best technology come from? (technology in general) I want to know that so I can Decide which foreign language to study, that will help me if I want to study engineering and i am very interested in new tech

You've already got a head start by knowing english. Most technology companies will usually have a North American branch. So even if you don't know the native language, you can still get your foot in the door. That being said, knowing Japanese is a good way to hedge your bet. A good portion of the biggest technology companies originate from Japan.
You might try looking for industry websites relating specifically to what you want to do and see where the bulk of the companies are from. For instance in chip making, alot of the largest manufacturers (such as AMD, Intel, and Texas Instruments) are based in the US.
By the way, both the Aibo and the PS3 are manufactured by Sony, which is a Japanese company.

The language of advanced technology is Greek. Want to make money on what you make, speak in American English. Want to be with the best and brightest, then follow the Nobel prize winners and live in the USA.

I would have to say Japan, but Korea's been coming on strong. Of course with North Korea acting all big & bad lately things in that region have the potential to get a bit disrupted. (Originally typed as "distruped" which was not caught by the spelling checker. Odd.)
For the record, Asia is not a country, nor does it have a single language you could choose. :)
