where does the best technology come from? (technology in general) I want to know that so I can Decide which foreign language to study, that will help me if I want to study engineering and i am very interested in new tech

Japan, I would have to say, everything comes from there. People will say the U.S however 3/5 of the U,S is underdeveloped. The only thing that comes from there is pollution. Canada invented the phone. The U.S invented the P.C.
