I have a mole on my arm and when i lay on it it some times gets pins and needles is this normal?

Yes that is completely normal, Just make sure you keep an eye on your mole to monitor the size, shape and colour of it though.
If you notice any changes in it's appearance get it checked by your doctor.

perfectly normal, my mole on my arm has a brown ooze that drips out and it smells bad, but you don't see me on here asking questions about it

no you should go to a skin doctor as soon as possible this could be a type of cancer. It would be best for you not to wait it could be a matter of life or death. A doctor visit it cheaper than your funeral will be. Good luck

sure it gets that feeling because your lying on it. only if it changes colors gets irregular borders gets really dark bleeds itches crusts or grows larger then a eraser should you be worried.
