My daughter is 11 years old,and some teeth are overlaping her own teeth, they don't hurt, but they don't look good, and she's worried about them. She drew this on the computer as an example:

Is there any way that we can get some teeth to fall out at home, rather than getting it pulled out at the dentists?Any way that isn't painful? As in it only hurts for a second?

This is not a do-it-yourself job. Your daughter needs braces to straighten her teeth, so I'd suggest getting her to an orthodontist as soon as possible. Don't be messing around at home with her teeth.

When I was a kid, sometimes my brother and I were too impatient to just wait until a baby tooth would fall out on it's own.
We would wait until it was loose though.

Then we would loosen the tooth more by wiggling it back and forth with our fingers. Then we would tie a string around the tooth and tie the other end of the string to the door knob of an open door.

The string would be about 5 feet long and we would leave some slack in it. Then another person would slam the door shut very hard. Usually the tooth would come out on the first try. Sometimes it would take 2 tries.

I've never tried it on a baby tooth that wasn't loose to start with, but it may be worth a try. Neither my brother or I ever experienced anything but an instant of pain that wasn't bad at all. She may still need braces after her baby teeth come out, to get her permanent teeth in their proper places.

Now would be the time to get her fitted with braces so that her smile looks good before she goes into puberty.

I know you don't want to go to the dentist, but you really should. My son had this problem and pulling the baby teeth is not a big deal if they are almost ready to come out. The dentist can also tell you if you need to go to an orthodontist because of crowding.

They may fall out, but if the permanent teeth are comming in crooked then they may not help push the baby teeth out. Please do not attempt this at home. I have assisted many tooth removals in children, and yes, it is uncomfortable, but rest assured they will numb it up fine.

BTW: your own anxiety about the dentist and your anxiety about your children seeing the dentist will only rub off onto your children.

The child should see a dentist or orthodontist. It can be expensive but worth it. Especially if it affects chewing or talking. Most let you make payments.
