125 calories per ounce. Usually a standard cookie is two ounces. Eating a lot of cookie dough is bad for you. It will make you fat in the long term. Once in a while it is ok, but not if you are going hog wild on it. What you eat in your standard meals is what will cause a weight change. An extra slice of bread a day will put a pound on you every month.

Anything more the a couple tablespoons is enough. I know it is good, but than are you also eating raw vegetables? That is better for you.

A lot would be bad for you because it's processed and has refined sugar and flour in it, but a little is fine. The calories would depend on how much of it you eat. If you eat the amount it takes to make one cookie, it is probably about 120 calories. The reason people say not to eat the raw dough is the raw eggs, but if you are healthy and not a small child or elderly person it's pretty unlikely that you would get sick.

it will make you sick if you eat too much of it. And I hate throwing up, so I try not to eat too much of it. Calories.... It depends on what type of cookie dough you are eating.
