No. the skin is actually the largest organ of the human body and when you sweat you are excreeting waste. This is a very important function of the excretory system and without sweating you could become very sick. Also, sweating is a sort of thermostat. When you get too hot the body sweats, the air hits the water(sweat) and causes your body to feel cooler. So, it's very normal to sweat when it is hot. Now a lot of people sweat more than others and they are actually better off than people that sweat very little. What is important is to shower daily to get the impurities and bacteria off your body from the sweat. This can cause infected sweat glands, hair follicles and just body odor in general.
Now, exfolliation is a form of removing the outer layer of skin from your body, a lot of girls and women do it to their faces believing the old layer of dead skin cells make you look old. Actually a daily cleansing of the face is really good enough. Witch hazel is cheap, is a natural asstringent and has a PH balancing effect on the face and the pores on the face keeping it in good condition. So it has nothing to do with sweat. Good luck.

Sweating should not cause the skin to age. Sweating is the body's way of maintaining proper body temperature and to rid the body of toxins. Exfoliation simply removes dead skin cells and topical debris from the skin. It's not the same.

Sweating is a natural process of the body trying to keep its temperature regulated. The skin does age prematurely if it's overexposed to UV radiation, ie. too many sunburns.
