You're dehydrated. Drink more water, and your lips will become more moist. In the meantime, to relieve the irritation, use a lipchap or vaseline.

Maybe or some medications can cause it. But the most likley thing is that the weather is cold and the heat is on and it is very dry in the house and all buildings and the other is we don't drink enough water in the winter time like we do in summer and we dry out all over. So, you need to buy some blistex moisturizing lip balm or chapstick, make sure it's moisturizing and carry it with you in your pocket and keep it on. some vaseline at night will help and drink water, not soda. Soda has a lot of sodium in it and causes you to dry out more. Good luck.

If they're actually dry you could be dehydrated. Drink plenty of water through the winter season because being in doors with heaters on dries people out.
It could be something you ate if it's not actually dryness. Did you eat a lot of pineapple? The acid can burn the skin on your lips and make them peel.

They are probably chapped! Also if you bite or lick your lips this can cause them to become dry. Try putting some chapstick or vitamin E on it (squeze capsul onto lips). By the way the vitamin E works really well! Hope this helps!

It is possible that you are not drinking enough water. You're body is dehidrating, that's usually the case. Go out and by some lip balm or chap stick. If will feel much better
