OK First base is kissing heavy and with tongues, Second base is heavy groping and perhaps even the loosening of clothing along with it Some form of boobie play is generally involved in second, sort of rounding it out to Third which can be almost anything short of any actual sex as in intercourse. Some people include oral in this third base status but that is for a fast crowd. Sex, oral or otherwise is the home run although the term is more used for actual skin to skin intercourse.
