Honey it is not your weight I feel that you might just need to talk to someone who could give you an expert opinion. To me it sounds like you are obsessed with your weight but in reality there are feelings that are running deeper than that. you are a petite woman and you should cherish your beauty because it is not what is on the outside but what comes from within. Stop worrying about your weight and feel beautiful.

You say "still worry about weight" so it sounds like a long-term issue. Everyone is weight-obsessed these days. Think about health and fitness instead of a number on a scale. And at our age (yeah, I'm there too), things do change. Just focus on being the best you can be, physically and mentally.

Well just pick out your best qualities wether being on you face or body and really attract attention to them. Also don't wear clothes your always having to adjust or worry about. Don't worry most people think they are always bigger than they actually are. Its also really good to wear brands that say they are a smaller size but really arn't too different. That way you always think you look slimmer in them.

Unfortunatelly this world we live in pays way to much attention of the whole image thing rather than health.
Visit a councelor or talk to some friends, excersice...do something with your life.

We all have our own thoughts about ourself. Some of us are cocky while others constantly worry about their own imperfections. We are all imperfect. Worrying about your weight is not wrong, in fact, its very normal. There is nothing wrong with you. It is better to focus on your weight like you do than to not focus on it and let yourself get out of hand and actually put on uneeded weight. So don't beat yourself down about your weight. You can worry about it but don't let it control your thoughts. It is better to recognize things about yourself than to ignore them and not focus on them. Just keep thinking positive things and you shall have bliss.

Boy this is like looking at me in the past. You need to go to your family doctor and discuss this sounds very much like anorexia or bulemia either way it gets out of hand way too fast to ignore. PLEASE TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR THEY CAN HELP. IT IS A PSYCHOLOGIAL DISORDER AS WELL AS PHYSICAL YOU CAN"T FIX IT ON YOUR OWN
