I can't help but ask ''Why do you need your hair, spray painted ?'' Best thing is to read paint remover instructions on can and use paint with as little chemicals as possible (preferably a water base paint) to make removal of paint from hair simple followed by a good hair shampoo and lots of hair conditioner to return the moisture. Check out costume shops that rent or sell costumes for this type of paint or dyes

You can get it out simply! You can do it by using baby oil or vasaline on the paint in your hair and then comb it. Let it set for a few minutes and sorta buff it with a towel to help it get in and loosen the paint. Then wash your hair with some Dawn dish soap to help get the oil out. Then wash and condition your hair as usual! Use less conditioner cause it may get greasy looking too fast for a day or two. ok? I hope I helped ya.

Yes it will. After a few washes every day. It should come out in a few days. Remember to use shampoo and conditioner. Scrub your head for like 5 minutes with shampoo.
Good luck.

It'll come out.
If it's just specs, use a thick brush while showering.
