In italian it's Michela (it is the female form of Michele=Michael)

Spanish is Micaela

In Spanish is "Micaela", I don't know in italian or french and it would sound like ME, then CA (like CAr only without the "y"), E (like when you say hElicopter but without the "h" sound) and then LA (like when you say LAmp): Micaela.
