YES it can,if given a chance...the earth is a living, breathing place, and just like when you get a scratch or a scrape,it will heal in time,so will the earth but man will not give it a chance.

Yes it does. Ozone is generated by lightning which then seeps up to the paper-thin ozone layer. It takes a long time though. The damage done by CFC's will take roughly a hundred years to repair assuming we leave well enough alone.

yes over a long period of time the ozone layer can fix itself if there are enough plants to get rid of more CO2 than is emiited.
