First off, Jesus was God manifested in the flesh.
Second, have you ever heard of something called a Miracle?
There was no physical contact when Mary conceived Jesus. Everyone always wants to try to gutter up Jesus's conception. That's very sad.

You make the mistake of assuming the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all "had relations" with the Blessed Virgin Mary. Only the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, who became pregnant with the Son. It might seem difficult to understand at first. Remember that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are of the same essence, but are three distinct (separate) persons. The Son chose to take the form of a Man in the form of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Where was God during the gestation period? God is everywhere, so He was both in Mary's womb and in Heaven. Does a fetus have a spirit? A fetus has a soul, which is why abortion is wrong.

The Holy Spirit of God manifested the seed of Jesus Supernaturally to Mary. God does not need a futile doodle of flesh.
The Holy Spirit is a facet of a three faceted God, the other being Gods Word, who later became what we know as Jesus, and God himself, who is in-containable and un-reducible.
Yes the moment a heart beats in a fetus it is an unborn child, and it has a spirit within it as soon as it can be classified as a functional lifeform
Which is As soon as it begins to form, Straight away!
Mary was just a chosen vessel, she is very blessed, but not worthy of our worship, only Jesus, which is the Bridge to God.
Ahh hows that for Turbo theology...
Hope its at least a helpful pointer to further investigation.

I'm not sure what God,and the Holy spirit were doing while Joseph was getting Mary pregnant, but during the gestation period I wonder if Jesus had any idea that he was about to become the world's most famous out of wedlock child.

Nobody "had relations" with Mary, it was immaculate conception.
God was and is with Jesus during gestation and always.
I do not know about "a fetus" but this particular fetus, Jesus, most definitely had a spirit

The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Christian orthodoxy: God, three in person, ONE in esence. God the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary, more than likely, IN THE WOMB (yuck yuck). The human fetus (Jesus) would have a soul and a spirit, already residing in Mary.

The conception was immaculate. God did not literally have relations with Mary.
In the book of Isaiah, it says that God knew and formed the author from his mother's womb. This leads many Christians to believe that a fetus does have a soul. Therefore, God the Son would have been incarnate in Mary's womb.

I'm not sure what you mean but perhaps you are talking about the idea of the Trinity.
Jesus isn't all three Gods in that case. Christianity asserts that Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit and three parts/personas of a triune (three-part) God. One God, three parts. There are a ton of inadequate illustrations for this concept but that's the basic idea.
I hope that helps clear that up for you!
Cheers :)

Jesus Christ is NOT all three Gods. It was God the Father that sired the Lord through the power of the Holy Ghost that covered Mary.
Jesus is not the son of the Holy Ghost, but of the Father in heaven. There are too many biblical verses attesting to this truth to ignore it.

first off; the trinity wasn't taught in original church teachings and many people think this concept was borrowed from other religeons in the middle east. egypt and india have had trinities in their religeons long before they entered christianity. the original christain gospels that we have the catholic bible based on were written in greek and through translation and the church trying to convert the pagans came the trinity concept. then through in the theories about jesus' true father being a roman centurion names pantera I think it was? and you have joseph maybe just being a good enough guy not to want to see a young girl get stoned for getting pregnant outside of her planned marriage. read up on bible history and archelogy and use your mind. the rest is really a personal leap of faith. isn't enough to accept jesus as a teacher who was probably really crucified because the romans thought he might become a military threat with everyone saying he was the blood decendant of king david and going to reclaim his throne?
