maybe they are dried out. add some baby oil and don't clean them as often. And don't stick anything smaller then your elbow in your ear.

Your ears should be cleaned by a professional such as an ear-nose-throat specialist. If you try to clean them yourself you might push any wax further into your ears and damage your eardrums. If your ears are itchy that might be a sign you're cleaning them too often and the skin inside the ear canal is dried out.

i once worked for a vending company and travailed quite often.i got board at music all the time and started checking out talk radio.there was a Dr.on one day talking on this very thing.he explained that the cause was an infection caused by a fungus.he said to put vinegar on cotton and place it in your ears.this will change the PH of your skin and the infection will die.

Dry skin. It can be maddening if it occurs inside the ears. My father suffered from it, and he was told to use a Q-Tip to apply a thin coat of something called 'sweet oil' to the inside of his ears - but I have no idea what that is, so you'd have to ask a pharmacist.

I had this problem a while ago and you won't believe what it was; I had bad bacteria in my gut caused by antibiotics. Try not eating sugar, but eat yogurt (not with fruit or flavoring with sugar). Limit your bread, pasta, etc. Drink lots of water. See if that helps. If not, try probiotics from the health food store. Give it a couple of weeks. Hope that helps.

It could possibly be a fungal infection.Sometimes we push germs inside the ear when we clean them ,if it continues ,you should see a doctor. This is very common to happen.

I don't know. Could it be that you use a lot of hair spray and that's an irritant. Alcohol or peroxide on a Q-tip might help. Don't use a whole lot, though. Maybe you should ask a Pharmacist.

Just clean them with olive oil on a qtip.
If they itch real bad try peroxide and that should stop the itch.
