Can Yahoo be held legally responsible for it's failure to properly monitor it's forums, with false reports ?
In the different forums people are being targeted by small groups with repeated false reports and those people, who are posting proper questions and answers are being suspended. Does Yahoo have a fiduciary responsibility to properly and fairly monitor this and can they be held legally liable for failure to live up to it's own guidelines?

people don't tend to like immigrants coming into 'there own' country, legal or illegal. i.e. you don't like illegal mexicans coming in to the U.S. - probably you would find mexicans don't like the white business men that travel to there country. Over here there is a dislike towards the large numbers of polish moving to the country.In Poland they don't like russians moving to there country.

I wouldn't know but I don't think I would be treated well sneaking into a foreign country and trying to get financial help and saying that they should speak English and have items in stores with English on them so I could know what to buy!! If one goes to Mexico and has a baby, is it automatically a Mexican citizen? I don't know
