Thanks Sunshine. I can always count on you to be there with a great post. The video was very touching. Today at my daughter's school, they had a Veteran's Day assembly. All the parents in uniform were there. Unfortunately, my hubby couldn't be there, but I was. He was out training some of today's finest troops. Mission first!! It was an honor to see his picture flash on the screen during the slide presentation. It's always been my HONOR to be married to the BEST American soldier. Yes, I'm prejudice, but I have the utmost respect for what he does.

Sunshine, people like you are who and what makes it all worthwhile. Thanks!!

I used to sense like an uncomplicated "thank you" grew to become into adequate. Having been a civilian for 8 years now, I no longer think of so. i think of the terrific thank you to declare thank you to the warriors is to be heard. Make a assertion, loud and sparkling, and get into newspapers, or on the information. i'm bored with the Media trashing the militia, touting blatant lies and skewed figures, and refusing to coach the real memories. the faculties, hospitals, libraries, and so on. that we've outfitted in Iraq. the way the Iraqi people, as an entire, are quite grateful. Who gets the clicking? That terrible "church" that pickets the funerals of fallen squaddies. it particularly is time that folk start up keeping the media accountable, and initiate off combating returned. i'm bored with getting my abdomen churned each and every time I turn on the television.

thats great and you should be cngradulated i it's a shame more don't understand what some men and women went through. My own Uncle was captured at the battle of the buldge in WWII. The Germand just shot some on the spot for no reason, starved the rest and only a few made it home. And now we have places like San Francisco who won't evey allow military recuriters their. Say a prayer for those who never came home.

It is very nice to see that there are Americans out there who actually appreciate the service and sacrifices that those of us who have served (and are Veterans/Military Retirees), are serving, or will serve in the future.

Most definately, it touches my heart to think of all the men and women who have given and are giving up their time energy and unfortunately sometimes their lives so that I am able to say how I feel...I appreciate all they have and are still doing for us.
