Trolls are falsely reporting legitimate questions and answers as violations. I'm fed up. Anyone else ready to quit the community over this?

I answered question "Has anyone seen Empire of Faith?' My answer: Saw it on PBS. Thought it interesting with some things I didn't know.
This was reported as a violation and the question removed. WHY?

Has anyone ever gotten a real reply from Yahoo? All I ever get are automatically generated directions to read Community guidelines

True and Yahoo doesn't seem to care.

They are more for etiquette than correct answers. If an answer bothers someone and they report it, Yahoo deletes it.

The options are leaving, staying and getting the violations, fighting back against Yahoo or fighting back on questions and answers you obviously know are from trolls. Maybe one of those trolls will be the one pushing the button on you.

Once be be almost sure of one thing. No one making legitimate answers is doing it. It's someon with an agenda or a troll.

Yes, I'm thinking about it if it doesn't stop. I've had many questions I would have asked, but I was afraid of violations. And none of the questions would have been in violation, but Yahoo does not seem to care anymore.

It is quite annoying, but i'm not about to let them make me quit. it should cost someone maybe 3 or 4 points to report something, and perhaps there should be a limit on the number of times they're allowed to report something.

I have been violated several times. The bottom line is its their site and they have the right to make the rules. So I abide or get violated

I know what you mean, I had no problems what so ever on here, and in one day I had all seven questions deleted, They were good nice questions.

Something has to be done, lots of people are dropping out.

Peace!

That's been going on for a while. I'm not about to quit over it, but I agree, it's irritating.
