I eat sporadically. I cook regular foods for my two toddlers, but it's not stuff that I would eat. I haven't lost the weight that I gained (about 50 lbs) since having the boys. The food that makes me dizzy is usually sweet foods. Like just now I ate a Quaker Oatmeal to go bar, and I almost fell out of the chair after eating the first bite.

You need to give more details.
Because it can be a number of things, including low sugar, high sugar, a thyroid problem, a blood problem, you could be dehydrated, or early signs of pregnancy, it could be a simple stomach virus, or an allergic reaction to something, maybe you're not eating enough, maybe you dont have enough protein in your diet, are you underweight? underweight? for your height, how many meals a day do you eat? do you use alot of salts, or eat alot of sugar?

Theres alot of more things it can be. if you can be more specific, I may be able to help.
