I just got this werid idea that I'll use when I eat a food that's not good for you. I will chew it until it is all mushy, then spit it out. Hey, I still get the flavor... but only a little calories and bad stuff!
Your opinion please.
Don't say it's a waste of money, I know that. I won't do it a lot.

I know you're saying it's not bulimia, but it really sounds like bulimia for beginners. Just schedule a cheat meal. Nothing is harmful in proper moderation.
Even poison in a small enough dose is not harmful. Chemotherepy is actually the poisoning of the body. Moderate your intake rather than try the "bulimia light" method.

Actually many people do this.
Be aware that digestion begins in the mouth so someone on a low carb (fast loss) diet is still getting carbs.
The best answer is to ask yourself whether you think it's a good idea. Do you feel weird? Do you feel it's bad? Psychology has a lot to do with weight management.

That reminds me of bullemia.
Back in the day, I had a friend that was bullemic, but she kept a steady, and healthy body weight.
Keep in mind that this is way before, we knew of the damage stomach acids could do when you vomit repetively.
Eat all the good stuff, with no reprocussions?
We all thought she was brilliant.

i do the same thing! i eat a little but then chew the rest then spit it out. i love food but eat too much of it...you do get the flavor but hardley any calories....spit on! just as long as you do eat some food and dont have a disorder...

that is not a good idea! i would not start doing that. it will lead to an eating disorder which will be hard to stop.what are you craving? are you wanting to lose weight? do not start this bad habit or it could take over your life
