A night away at a local motel/hotel.
A limosine ride to a movie.
A donation to their favorite "other" such as orphans, world hunger, or the environment.
A day of laughter: tickets to mini-golf, pool, skating, bowling,
Dimmer / clap switches if he is handy, if not make them the remote kind. Lowes/Home Depot has some nifty stuff as does Radio Shack.
Gift certificates for a series of fast food restaurants - load them up.
An enormous photo enlargement of some special picture
Matching rain jackets w/ name embroidered - cf. sports shop for embroider or specialized cleaners
Ethnic grocery store gift certificate - Kim Chee is $5 now!
A ATV/horse and buggy ride certificate
6 month subscription to Netflix
Thank you for caring so much.

What about a wine making kit? Its something that is pretty inexpensive and a lot of fun to do. My husband and I get one every year for our anniversary and love doing it.
Or you can make a basket of things. People love all that odds and ends stuff that comes in baskets. You could put all kinds of things in there such as: Bath soap, massage oils, gift cards, bottle of wine, candles, etc.

Well heres an idea that they may like. Maybe a gift certificate to there favorite restaurant and if they have children maybe you could volunteer to babysit overnight and they could stay in a nice hotel so its just the two of them. Sometimes its nice just to get away. Good luck and I'm sure whatever you get them they will love it.
