In the navy on a cruiser on the gun line off the coast of v.n. I am personally proud of what I done, but when some organization wants to recognize vets, I refuse to acknowledge that I was in Nam. There are several v.n. vets in my american legion post and none of us will say we were in Nam. Why ? I don't know.

I was a paratropper and i have been picked up alot of timesby a heuy or the good ole UH1H. I also jumped from a few times.

My father was in the army...he's never talked about what happened over there, but he used to tell me funny stories of boot camp.
