Without knowing the type and location of the pain, it's very hard to even guess, contact a DR or a Pain clinic.

Go buy some Camphor chapstick and rub across the head,
It does miracles. Try Sudafed also. It is probably a sinus headache.
Saline your nose will help too.

excedrin ALWAYS works for me.. every single time! drink some soda too.. or something with caffeine. in most cases headaches are caused by slowed blood flow through the brain, caffeine helps thin blood and get things moving a little faster up there. excedrin contains caffeine and a comon pain killer. good luck

If it's a migraine, try Ibuprofen product such as Advil. If the pain persist, ask your local pharmacist what he/she recommends. If after that, the pain still persist, see your Doctor immediately.
