The story of his weight loss was written about in his college newspaper (in the food section). In the newspaper article, he told of his success using Subway sandwiches as a diet food (among others). An employee of Subway saw the article, told his boss, who told his boss, etc. They figured who would be better to serve as a Subway 'mascot' ? The rest is history.

He's an idiot and they really need to change their campaign. I met him at a wedding a couple of months ago, and he has no personality at all. A real frump. The reason he got the job is because he spent 24 hours a Day eating at subway.

Part of promoting is to make the product seem bigger than what you're consuming / purchasing now. It occurs at all times. If you wish to look anything worse, verify out a McDonald's burger as opposed to the advertisements and advertisements. I sort of just like the Quiznos sandwiches, they do a minimum of seem bigger. One exception at the advertisements is that the few occasions I've noticeable an In N Out industrial, they appear to be the nearest to the precise product.

supposedly he was in college at the time and most of what he was eating was subway sandwiches. He ate the healthy ones, naturally, and lost weight. Subway heard about it and hired him as a spokesperson.

He could truly been the one that invented that diet and contacted subway, they hired him because he did the diet first.
I tried that diet and loved it but I just can't get to a subway daily.
