I have a fresh wild turkey in the fridge soaking in salt water. Help!
I never made one. Any hints on how to get the wild taste out? Or any good recipes? Any Ideas?
It is skinless. And cut into frier pieces like drum ,breast, and thighs.

parboil in a couple cans of chicken broth, place in roaster along with a little of the broth and dot with butter,and one onion thinly sliced, and a couple stalks celery,bake at 275 till done, everyone raves when i prepare it this way,
