'In cases where a persons health is pretty bad, like with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease etc. It might be possible, by a convoy of comic material that appeals to the person. But there's few comidic talents out there that could sustain a gully washer like that anymore.

Yes actually it is.
One day my friend and her cousin were laughing so hard at something that their uncles did and the cousin began to choke.
He choked so hard he could barley breathe.
They rushed him off to the emergency room as fast as they could.

It is also possible that someone could have a heart seizure laughing so hard.
Still,I would think it would be hard to laugh to death but if something were that funny.....
