I have Capital One. Anyways..My limit is 750$, I only have 648$ to spend though. Say tomorrow I pay off that plus an extra 100. Do they allow you to do that? Making my limit 850$ then for that time..

Pay off your account balance and then call CapitalOne and ask for a increase to $1000 and explain that you want to make an $850 purchase. If that doesn't work you can do a split transaction at most merchants, putting part of the amount owed on one credit card and the rest paid by cash or another credit card.

Paying the extra $100.00 will not raise ur credit limit. Just pay ur credit card bill on time and maximum amount u can pay. Credit card companies do not like to be paid in full all the time.

Paying extra on your credit card won't raise your limit. It just means that you'll have a credit on account that can be applied to your account. However, you shouldn't make extra payments in addition to what the total bill is.

IS THIS YOUR 1ST CARD? HOW LONG HAVE YOU HAD IT? THE CREDIT CARD DEBT IN AMERICA, IS IT IN THE TRILLIONS YET? TO GET YOUR LIMIT PUSHED HIGHER, USE THE CARD AND PAY IN FULL EACH TIME. THIS LETS CAPITAL ONE KNOW THAT YOU ARE RESPONIBLE, AS A RESULT THEY RAISE YOUR LIMIT.
GOD BLESS
