Ok, so I know the people in the Air Force are Airmen, and the Navy are Seabees, etc, but who do you call troops, soldiers, etc. Does soldier and troop mean the same thing? If not which branch gets which name?

Troops is a generic word describing a group of any military personnel. A mixed group of soldiers, sailor, airmen, marines could be called troops. It's not a proper military name because each branch has their own name for specific numbers of members. Look it up in your manual. I'm sure you have one because you're tested on it from basic training. Starting from the fewest to the most. Remember yet? You'll need it to advance when testing in your AFSC. However some jobs only test on the PFE that's what I was thinking of earlier. It's been so long since I was there I forgot what it was.

The Navy is sailors, Seabees are the construction element of the Navy, but still sailors. Troops is a generic term usually used when talking about ground troops, not Navy or Marines. Marines are called "Marines" but can be troops as can Air Force personnel. Soldier has traditionally meant the Army.

Troops refer to a group of military personnel. An Airman is a single Air Force, A Sailor is a single Navy, A Marine is a single Marine, A solider is a single Army...Notice that Marines are always referred to as Marines, we the few the proud.

Troop is kinda of a generic term. Like was stated before Navy is sailors,as far as the seabee thing,it's really CB meaning construction battalion, marines are also referred to as leather necks. They do call guys in 1st cav troopers, especially after they get their stetson and spurs.
