HMR point is well taken., The congress as a whole is derilect in the duty to the country. The game they play is a deadly one. They have hidden behind the Iraq war and the Afghan war long enough. They use this as there excuse to not get things done. It is time to vote them all out. Who ever the incumbent is. They don't go back. And that includes Hillary, John McCain, Barack Obama, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi., Harry Reid, and a host of republicans. These self serving malcontents have proven there only interest is party politics at all cost, and to hell with the American people. Out with them. All of them. Put a whole new crowd in there.. Its going to take them 4 years to learn how to steal and cut sweetheart deals with lobbyist, untill then we might just accidently get something done.

Yes, of course. Not every task is painful or requires a sacrifice. But sometimes pain and sacrifice are on the price tag, and we must be willing to pay that price to accomplish something important.

I assume you mean accomplish big goals like finishing that novel you've been working on, or running a huge marathon, or starting your own business. For big goals like that - if you're not wealthy and/or don't know the right people who will just hand it to you - no. It's been my experience that pain and sacrifice are part of the journey.
