and he has braces so he said like ow my braces or rubber bands or something. so i keep asking him if they re ok and are they broke, and he still says yes they are ok each time. but im still worried, and nervouse. there are many other occasions that deal with me thinking of stupid stuff that could go wrong. please lend some assistance. could this be from stress from school, or because of my grandfathers death last year?

Ace has it right. That's very good advise. I just wanted to add that sometimes people are super sensitive to caffine, sugar and some preservatives. The reaction to these chemicals is anxiety. Journaling what you eat as well as what's going on around you may show that you're eating something that makes you feel like that.
I know from experience. Caffine makes me crazy. If I have too much (any), I become convinced that my family members have died in a car crash, or are being victim of crimes. Even when I call them and know that they are safe, I end up calling everyone like 10 times. (see, I told you, crazy!) Maybe something like that is happening to you.
Read a book called "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About". It explains the reactions more.
Good luck

This does sound like anxiety but, determining whether it is caused by stress from school or the death of your grandfather is going to be difficult. When you begin feeling this way, why don't you try taking a deep breath, clear your mind of all thoughts for a few moments, and take the rest of the day a little easy? This usually helps with anxiety. Also keeping a journal as to when you begin to feel like this will help you to narrow down what is exactly causing you to feel this way.
