two things here. Puppy is small. Bladder, as well as the rest of her digestive tract, is small and short. Next, small dogs are very excitable and some wet themselves when something exciting happens!

My golden retriever did (and occasionaly still does) this.
When she was little I just attributed it to having such a small bladded, and large water requirements.
Now, it usually tends to be only when she is excited, like if no one has been at home all day.
If she is peeing on things in the house, than it may be a disobediance, or she may just not be fully housetrained yet. Look for signs, like sniffing around, and watch the time to see if there is a "schedule".
So she shounds normal to me...well at least as normal as a jack russel can be...

i know exactly where u r coming from. I have a 6 months old staffie x lab and she's starting to end the pee and poos era.
It is very VERY normal. she/he will be anywhere, everywhere until he/she finds the right place. She will pee a lot until about 4-5 months. Trust me, you will get used to it. For me and my hubby has been pretty hard because we live in a small 1 bedroom apartment and no garden so you can only imagine.... we are movin out soon though in 3 weeks

Well if she isn't potty trained you should try that. And when she does pee make sure that you clean the spot really well. If you don't the smell will soak into your carpet and whenever the dog goes by it it will smell the pee and then pee again. It's a never-ending problem if that happens. Also it is natural for a dog at this age to be having "potty" issues.
Hope this helps

puppies pee that is what they are best at. you really need to train her. you can find books and websites on this. positive reinforcement such as praising her and giving her treats when she pees outside, work best. puppy pads or newspaper in the house are great for training as well.
never, ever scream, hit her or push her nose in it. when you see her pee in the house use a simple and firm "no" and then immediately take her outside and tell her to go pee pee or potty or whatever.
if this is still happening and training isn't helping, she may have a urinary tract infection...so a trip to the vet would be a good idea.
also, even if a small dog is housetrained, many tend to still have trouble keeping their pee in when they get excited or scared. good luck!
