sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides then cook on med-hi heat in a frypan with a couple tablespoons of olive oil a couple minutes per side.
Carefully remove then to a plate and cover with another plate or toss them in a microwave to keep warm (don't need to turn on the microwave though)
Then grill some sliced onions and bell pepper strips in butter and olive oil til tender and starting to brown.
Put the turkey burgers over the onions and peppers and cover with a lid then turn heat down to medium low while you prepare a salad or other veggie dish.
Serve with rice or roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

Next time purchase ground turkey and add an egg chopped onions, bell peppers, finely diced garlic, salt and pepper and two tablespoons of olive oil before forming patties.

Any frying pan that holds the burgers will do! Pat them thin, so they cook completely (uncooked ground turkey is a food poisoning risk).

Four minutes each side is perfect, serve as you would a hamburger, although ranch dressing is a good alternative to the conventional stuff.

For a bonus, shake a little lemon pepper, garlic salt, or mix in some onion soup mix for added flavor.

How about putting the turkey burger between 2 grilled cheese I prefer to consume most of my calories between breakfast and lunch; I'm sure fries come with both ... I'd go with the grilled cheese

My husband and I eat them all the time. You can just cook them in a frying pan. We spray the pan with Pam so they don't stick and it works great. You can even add some spices on them if you want. There so good, enjoy

I would pan fry them. Cooking them in the oven may cause them to dry out too much.

Fry them on a skillet. Once the pink juice stops running, it's done.

You can use ground turkey exactly the same way you use ground beef. It makes good burgers, chili, spaghetti sauce, sloppy joes, and goulash to name a few ways I use it.
