If you care about your friendship with your "good friend", stop and think about what you are doing. The relationship with your friend could be damaged forever and the relationship you are thinking of starting with your friends b/f may not last at all. What is more important to you, loyalty or lust?

don't do anything because one, that's a good friend of yours and you don't want to do anything that would make you look like the bad person...and two, if the guy does like you, he'll leave your friend for you...but if you want to go with the guy and remain a good friend at the same time, you need to wait a little while before you decide to do anything and be sure to ask for your friends permission to make sure it's ok with her...

Do nothing. Show your friend the respect she deserves.

If they break up, then sure, go for it. But only AFTER they break up. Don't be the reason they do.
