In the book of Revelation, we are told that the former things will have passed away, and that pain and outcry and death will be no more... so we can rest assured that God doesn't intend for us to be able to remember the old hurts or the pain of someone who didn't make it to a new life! God want's us to be happy, not sad and miserable! Rev. 21 :4

it would be hard,,you are right,,, but God said He would remove former things from our memory,,, and wipe all tears from our eyes,,, one of the punishments in hell is ,they will be able to remember every thing,,, ever time they rejected Christ also, and according to the bible, they will be able to look up and see people in heaven walking by the river of life and drinking from it, and all the wonderful things that's there,,,, i guess it will be like a mirror that you can look through on one side but not the other,,,,hell will not be a good place to be,,,,,,and i want ever one to go to heaven,,,, but if no one else wants to go,,,i want to go anyway,,,, good luck,,,prayers,,

i've always wondered this, and i don't really know. heaven without my family and friends wouldn't be heaven at all. God will always do best though, so i'll just wait and see :)
