Aussie's have this tradition of dunking a Tim Tam or in some countries called a Pengiun Biscuit (it's original name). We bite both ends off it and place just one open end in the drink, usually tea or coffee, and then suck the other end, drawing the drink THROUGH the biscuit, YUMMY TUMMY!

Most everything everyone answered sounded real good. But my absolute favorite are Marias
(Mexican package cookies) dunked in cold milk or hot coffee. It just takes a second. They are just right. They are kind of like a very thin, crisp vanilla wafer, but about two times larger in diameter. They are delicious and not too sweet. Most grocery stores carry them. Enjoy!

Potato chips in Orange juice.... It is my all time favorite!
Raw fish in Soy, with ginger and wasabi
Chips in onion dip
Bread in soup, sauce, artichoke dip.
Chips in salsa
Donuts and biscotti... yes... but not if they are too sweet. I don't like sweet things much.
My favorite cookie is a Almond paste and nut filled snickerdoodle type cookie with powdered sugar instead of cinnamon. THats about it for sweets...

Oatmeal or Chocolate chip cookies in milk.
I like to let the cookie soak in the milk until it becomes nice and soggy, then I eat it. Yummm :)

Those are good but I love Oreos and milk or chocolate chips cookies in milk yum yum yum.......
But in New Orleans we have Beignets and Cafe Au late which is also very tasty :)
