You thrust it deep inside your mouth, in and out, over and over again, filling your mouth with a thick white goo, which is better when you spit it out, to be quite honest.... although some people thing it tastes good... it's not good to swallow it you know... oh and don't thrust it deep down your throat, you'll gag for sure, it's long and hard afterall... UGH..... well, I'm going to finish cleaning up the bathroom after that...
