I asked this before, but I don't think I did a good job of explaining this problem.

I'm having some chest discomfort around my left rib cage/breastbone area. I have no idea what it is; I went to the ER last night just to check it out and they just did an EKG and said my heart looked fine and there was nothing wrong with it; plus, I had my blood taken 2 months ago for a standard physical and they said it looked great. However, I'm still in some pain -- when I turn my neck a specific way it hurts and occasionally hurts my back; it's like a pulsing pain in my chest that is not constant. It usually occurs when I'm sitting down; right now I'm just looking at the computer and it's a pulsing pain around the middle/left side of my chest that occasionally goes to my left armpit - sometimes to my right chest. I'm glad it isn't my heart, but I still have no idea what the problem is. Could it be from stress? This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I don't smoke, or lift weights. Please he

There is such a thing as condyll-costeritis?!? Can't remember how they spelled it. My sister had it. It is an inflammation in the sternum, and it is, according to her, painful, and with radiating symptoms. I guess it could occur with anyone. But, if you are not satisfied with what the doctor has told you, go to another, until they can satisfactorily tell you what it is. Good Luck!!!!

My first suggestion too was once heartburn. I recognize im now not a surgeon or some thing however the "burning" is heartburn. But you will have to name your surgeon considering you shouldnt have agony happening into your arm. The scan they could without doubt deliver you is a pressure scan. You will run on a tredmill with a center track set up to you, and they'll see from there you probably have any arrhythmias (irregular center rhythm or fee). But if you're going by way of alot of pressure proper now that can be casusing the agony! Or if you're into alot of physical games you can be experiencing agony from over operating your center. Which is the case from my 17 yr ancient brother who runs monitor! Good success! And im certain you are going to be first-class!

Maybe you pulled your rib cage. Did you fall or anything like that? You may have stretched ligaments. Could it be heartburn? Maybe. Try Rolaids and see if it goes away again. Good luck.
