I don't know if this would interest you or not, but what about working in those specialty camps for kids, you know the ones, where troubled or handicapped kids go horseback riding and sing coom-bye-ya? Or how about one of those homes for kids who are removed from theirs because home is not a good place to be? My sister works in a place like that and finds it very rewarding, but pay kinda sucks.
Or what about those Sylvan Learning Centers? Tutoring kids for better grades...I have done that at after school programs just as a volunteer, and let me tell you, when a kid comes to you with a report card that was filled with D's and F's, but brings you A's and B's, well, that's the best feeling in the world.

If you got your degree in education, why aren't you looking for a job in that field. My daughter just got her Masters Degree in Psychology and is planning to move to Miami, FL after Christmas to work on her PHD for 2-3 years. She is 27, got good book sence-no common sence. But anyway I'm proud of her.
