Rough elbows?

How do you get rid of the roughness and the dirt off elbows? I have what people call Desk Elbows and I don't like it, I tried lotion to smooth it but it don't always work. Please help...

Go to the health store and get some pure unrefined Coconut Oil. It works miracles on dry, rough patches, and it helps your skin retain moisture.
